-Managed and directed a team of 6 contract managers, 2 strategic sourcing managers, 2 corporate acquisition representatives and 1 clinical resource manager which is responsible for approximately $400M in supply spend to include professional services.-Collaborated, reviewed and negotiated high profile MLH contracts and sourcing initiatives across various service line/commodity portfolios managed by the Supply Chain sourcing team - validated $8.12M in savings in FY15, $9.4M in FY16, $10.2M in FY17 and $8.1M in FY18.-Co-led GPO RFP process resulting in a new services agreement and successfully implemented the GPO conversion of the Med/Surg and Pharmacy portfolios from MedAssets to Vizient – accounting for nearly $80M in supply spend.-Identified process improvement and cost savings opportunities related to improved products and services, product standardization, capital procurement, utilization and contract management. -Served as liaison between Supply Chain and clinical staff to ensure cost efficient utilization of products/services related to Supply Chain contract portfolio. Leveraged PeopleSoft, GPO and industry BI Tools for analytics.-Oversaw a total joint system wide strategic sourcing initiative which resulted in the health system implementing new open access pricing agreements with an annualized savings of approximately $2.1M and a cardiac catheterization lab/cardiac rhythm management initiative targeting $1.9M and $1.2M in annualized savings respectively.-Developed and maintained collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative and ancillary staff to ensure effective, results-oriented project outcomes, including implementation of benchmarking findings and technology assessments.-As part of the system wide Diversity, Respect and Inclusion Initiative, spearheaded the expansion of the vendor relations committee and development of tracking tool to report diverse supplier spend.

-Provided Test and Evaluation (T&E) professional services support to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) 2.0 and the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Program.-Worked with PEO IWS 2.0 Customers, coordinating documentation reviews and test related efforts for the developmental and operational testing for a Major Defense Acquisition Program.-Key member of Test and Evaluation Master Plan development team which defines testing for a $340M T&E program through Milestone C. Participated in the design and development of the Development Test Framework.-Worked directly with AMDR T&E Manager in the development of the Program Introduction/Program Requirements Document and Interservice Support Agreement defining the responsibilities and procedures for providing various support and services in support of the $28M Advanced Radar Detection Laboratory military construction project.-Developed T&E status and decision briefings, point papers and provides strategic analyses to the T&E Cross Product Team leadership and both internal and external stakeholders throughout the Department of Defense.

- Worked across multiple organizations to coordinate customs missions and logistical support in Jordan, Pakistan, UAE, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, serving as liaison to Tactical Commanders and US Embassies.- Led 575 personnel across 18 sites in 8 countries responsible for providing customs and expeditionary shared logistics and supply support for joint forces throughout the United States Central Command area of operations.- Directed and managed a force shaping Troop-to-Task manpower analysis project aimed at realigning the force to better meet mission requirements, reduce overall manpower by approximately 25% and identify $12M in potential budget savings.

- Managed a 90 person department consisting of 3 divisions, 24 total direct reports, and a budget of $1.6M. - Supervised the reliability and maintenance of all electronic equipment and the AEGIS Combat Systems suite, the Navy’s most advanced ship-board weapon system.- Directed all combat operations of the ship. 1 of only 5 personnel granted weapons release authority to fire weapons in defense of the ship or other friendly forces, as Tactical Action Officer.- Planned, coordinated and executed 150 AEGIS Combat Systems Operational Verification Equipment Tests and a comprehensive equipment lay-up plan for the entire AEGIS Combat Systems suite in preparation for a 3 month $3M shipyard maintenance availability.

- Directed a 38 person department consisting of 3 divisions, 9 total direct reports and an annual budget of $1M. - Responsible for maintenance and reliability of $10M in combat systems equipment and software, including assistance in the procurement of parts and development of supplier relationships. - Managed, tracked and coordinated a $10M dry-docking and shipyard maintenance availability project under a firm fixed price contract. Worked and interacted with multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete project on time and within budget.- Routinely chosen to fill in as the Executive Officer, second in command. Created and directed daily schedule and shipboard operations for 180 personnel.- Led the combat team in the interdiction of 2 self semi-submersible submarines, the confiscation of $350M worth of narcotics and the detainment of 15 narco-terrorists, as Tactical Action Officer during a 6 month deployment to the Eastern Pacific. 1 of only 4 personnel granted weapons release authority.- Managed the qualification program and process for all surface warfare officers onboard. Developed and enforced the qualification standards for all personnel on watch throughout the ship. Trained and mentored junior officers in surface warfare tactics, shipboard systems and operations. Authored the ship’s Battle Orders – the ship’s doctrine while in combat.

Tracked and ensured timely receipt of over $1M in tuition payments to 4 universities.

- Managed a 10 person division and an annual budget of $200,000. - Responsible for the maintenance and preservation of all gunnery equipment and the accountability of over $4M worth of ordnance.- Organized and implemented a ship-wide force protection program to include a weapons qualification program yielding over 500 qualifications and 6 security forces. Led the ship to top ranking out of 126 ships in Second Fleet during the Anti--Terrorism Exercise.- Developed a complex multi-jurisdictional AT/FP plan for over 500 VIPs and organized the screening and transportation for over 5,000 guests, as Commissioning Security Coordinator. Coordinated security requirements and logistics with the U.S. Coast Guard, NCIS, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Port Canaveral Port Authority and the Second Fleet Anti-Terrorism Officer. Recognized as outstanding by the Second Fleet AT/FP Officer. - As Officer of the Deck, while underway, directly responsible to Commanding Officer for the daily operations, navigation of the ship and safety of over 300 sailors.

Managed an annual budget of $140,000.-Coordinated 2 ship-wide safety stand downs in preparation of an 8-month shipyard maintenance period and conducted comprehensive daily safety inspections resulting in zero mishaps. Recognized as top ship within competitive group of 12 naval vessels.-Supervised the Navigation Division through a highly successful Congressionally mandated survey and inspection. Orchestrated material checks to ensure 100% operation of all shipboard navigation equipment valued at nearly $2M.
