Duane Ingram serves the City of Indianapolis in many different capacities: As President of the Citizens Police Complaint Board, an Indianapolis Foundation Fellow, a Board Member at the Central Indiana Community Foundation and an inaugural Circle City Leaders Fellow.Professionally, Duane Ingram is an Executive Level leader where he serves as the Director of Real Estate Asset Management for Partners in Housing Development. In this capacity, he is responsible providing oversight to the assets of Partners in Housing and Merchants Affordable Housing Corp. Under his portfolio, he is responsible for over 3,000 units of affordable/market rate rental housing across 24 properties in four different cities across Indiana.Communally, Duane has several accomplishments, including being a member of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership, Class XLIII and a member of the Board of Public Health and Safety for the city of Indianapolis. Duane Ingram is a community development professional and advocate with over 15 yrs of experience in the Indianapolis not for profit sector. After a brief hiatus, where he ran for City County Council in Indianapolis and served in an executive capacity for a local security firm, he has recently returned to the not for profit work to assist those exiting homelessness by providing permanent supportive housing. Duane was also successful in managing the Kenneth Allen for IPS at Large school board campaign, helping Commissioner Allen unseat an incumbent at Large Commissioner. Duane has been married for over 15 yrs and has a young and energetic son, Malachi.
