Responsible for reapplying funds to accounts if customer states should have been applied differently. Contact customers to find out how to apply funds without instructions that fell out of normal applications. Work with Collections department to ensure past due customers funds applied to pull customer out of past due status.

Responsible for applying cash to accounts daily. Research accounts to make sure cash was applied correctly when customers did not specify what contracts to apply payments to.
