My design experience is with gas appliances power by natural and propane gases. I have done much in product creation in response to marketing and customer needs. I modify product design to reduce manufacturing cost as an important benefit for my employer. The cost save ideas comes from experience and understand of product and industry history. Adapting to different products, goals and work environments while working with gas and electric controls like control valves, thermostats, manifold gas supply systems, pilots, thermopile, thermocouples and a variety of gas burners. I work with design teams overseeing the CAD model and drawing creation while working with lab technicians, team members, product management and bring the products and design changes to production. Overcoming design issues like temperatures or burner combustion problems and performance. I have a background in meeting national agency testing requirements like CSA, UL and DOE. Retired July 30, 2021, after 43 years employment. Family ties in the North Georgia and Chattanooga TN has directed me to Ringgold GA. Now settled in a new home. Working part time job few times a year. I spend time at my church helping with general maintenance type projects. I seem to stay very busy.
