As a System VP, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Premier Health Partners, I lead the compliance and risk management functions for one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in Ohio. I have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, and certifications in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Research Compliance.My core competencies include developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance and enterprise risk management programs for the entire organization, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. I also provide strategic guidance and support to the senior leadership team, the board of trustees, and the various departments and divisions on compliance and risk-related matters, such as audits, investigations, contracts, privacy, security, ethics, and education. Additionally, I have a strong background in legal services, having served as the Director of Legal Services at Premier Health Partners for over a year.
