Healthcare Risk Advisors, Insurance Advisory Services group, is dedicated to supporting the Insurance Risk Management function in the healthcare industry along with other strategic organizations. The Insurance Advisory Services group predominantly works with non-professional liability risks in helping understand the tools and products available for reducing risk through commercially available insurance options, providing support with contractual risk transfer agreements, brings a high level of claim advocacy along with other administrative processes that otherwise would be performed in-house by the client company’s employees and staff. Insurance Advisory Services maintains a team of experienced professionals to aid in the management of core insurance programs through strategies to deliver competitive risk transfer programs. Insurance Advisory Services works in collaboration with the finance and risk management groups of our client hospitals. The Advisory group is pleased to work some of NY’s largest hospital systems, key metro long term care facilities and high-profile social service agencies in managing over twenty five different insuring lines of coverage exceeding market premiums in excess of one hundred million dollars.

Focus is the development, delivery and execution of new and expanded business along with strategic cross-sell initiatives driving revenue throughout the organization. My primary responsibilities support the NY office sales with oversight and assistance to other offices within the East Region. Routinely work with production staff planning sales activities while forecasting and monitoring sales results at the producer, office and region level keeping leadership abreast of activity. Continual review of new producers and work to on-board them supporting their growth potential. My new business team supports sales and client activity in multiple ways to include: capabilities/collateral material, policy review & audits, risk analysis, carrier marketing support, proposal development, responding to RFP's, coordinating broker appointments, global account strategy, developing fee agreements, account pricing strategies, training support and updates to the firms CRM system. Alliant maintains a flat organization adding to both sales and client goals. Due to my Client Executive management experience, I took a leadership role on large and high risk accounts supporting Stewardship presentations and meetings ensuring our services approach for accounts exceed expectations.

I started in a production role at Marsh, held a Sales Leadership position and prior to leaving was a Client Executive focusing on upper middle market & risk management accounts.As Client Executive, my main industry focus was Manufacturing, Retail/Wholesale and Media.I was responsible for coordinating the delivery of all of MMC's worldwide resources in a cross functional environment with Marsh's client teams, focused on transactional strategies, crafted risk solutions along with providing loss control support where needed. Many of my clients had international locations whereby we utilized internal and external network service solutions. I received two Marsh Millennium Awards for single sales, recognized as a top NY middle market producer and was a top 15 sales professional in the USA. Sales team repeatedly hit its sales goals along with consistantly achieving account retention initiatives. While at Marsh I was a member of the Business Continuity team along with coordinating the NY Zones sales emergency information and procedures. Management courses completed were Managing Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Transformation Management, Performance Evaluation and I participated in a 360 Feedback/Accelerated Development Learning for further career advancement.
