As the MAN UP Mentoring Director, I am responsible for:* Developing relationships with students and families to support and strengthen both* Identifying and recruiting men to serve as speakers, teachers, and mentors for the program* Managing schedule, content, activities, and targets for semimonthly mentoring sessions* Researching and creating a curriculum for boys about decision-making, goal setting, and taking responsibility * Incorporating a virtual component to connect and encourage students in other states* Collaborating with other organizations to provide more opportunities and resources for students

As a product owner and business analyst, some of my responsibilities include:* Participating in and leading client and development meetings surrounding Business Software Needs and Requirements (Salesforce)* Identifying and gathering information required to determine Business Software Needs* Working with project planning tools to organize and maintain project statuses (JIRA and Confluence)* Managing overall quality and accuracy based on Business Software Needs and Requirements* Monitoring and researching all defects reported for a product prior to assigning it to a developer (ServiceNow)* Developing strong client relationships between the business and technology groups
