I am a trial attorney with the law firm of William Mattar, PC. I concentrate my practice on civil trial and appellate work, in both New York State Court and Federal Court. I have 32 years of experience succesfully trying both jury and non-jury cases throughout New York State, conducting arbitrations and mediations, and handling appeals in both New York State and Federal Court. I am licensed to practice in New York State Court, Federal Court, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.I have lectured at continuing legal education seminars on issues involving automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, and evidence. I have also spoken before professional organizations on issues involving employment issues and tort reform.
