I launched my professional career by joining the U.S. Air Force as a Telecommunications Operator in 1980. During the 4 years I spent with the Air Force, I worked in the telecommunications center in an supervisory role. Following my time in the Air Force, I took a position at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where I worked as Technical Lead for their Windows Support Division. One of my primary responsibilities in this role was supporting the Active Directory environment. During this time, I further expanded my IT skills through completing DISA Training and gaining proficiency with ITILv3.In my current role as Customer Relationship Manager at SDV Solutions, I am the primary contact for all customer contracts. I am responsible for answering any contract-related questions, addressing issues or challenges with upcoming projects, and triaging our work. As Customer Relationship Manager, I represent the bridge between our customers and our team, collaborating closely with all parties involved to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, I am an avid University of Alabama fan (Roll Tide!). I also enjoy keeping my skills sharp with single-player role playing games and archery.
