During my time at this employment, my main job roles in the company were to ensure that I provided top quality first line support to the clients within the company via different forms, whether it be email, phone or in person. Furthermore, during my period of work with the company, I helped in setting accounts using active directory and used Unix systems to help correct errors to improve the flow of work for others based in the warehouses. Finally, I also set up computers for different stations, by installing new software's and parts, alongside fitting said parts to the new base of the machine.

During my time at this employment, my roles were to ensure that the stock that is brought in, is put on display correctly and also to ensure that the customers of the store are happy and meet their customer service standards. I also helped with the packing of internet orders in the storage room, sorting and organising the packages for international orders.

During my time period at working within the job centre plus on a work experience placement, my roles where as followed; to assist the clients with job searches and also to help in the creation of CV's for the client. Furthermore I worked at the front of house, during with clients questions and sorting out the paper work for the work couches in the job centre itself.
