• Troubleshoot routing issues on WAN edge and Core routers, engaging the service provider as needed.• Isolate and resolve end-user issues and tickets automatically generated by network events.• Assist with rack and stacking of new hardware and verify network services afterwards.• Document and implement new procedures for my colleagues.• Troubleshoot end-user issues by isolation through switching, routing, WAN Optimization, Proxy Server (and settings), and Network Access Control.• Work in a small team with minimum to no supervision.

• Analyzes and develops solutions for failures and outages and coordinates the repair efforts of networking equipment.• Triage and troubleshoot routing issues• Performs both internal and external escalations on all hardware and software failures and all data related outages.• Maintains and supports IP infrastructure. Update all systems and databases with careful attention to detail.• Processes new activations, disconnects and migrations of customer services.• Coordinate/Perform maintenance and migrations activities• Restoring network from difficult network outage situations by managing events amongst multiple groups

• Coordinate between customers, internal staff, equipment vendors, and service provider contacts to resolve technical problems within a given environment.• Works with Help Desk, Network Operations, and System Engineer staff as appropriate to isolate, escalate, and resolve problems received from clients.• Utilize reporting tools to build customer deliverables, and create new reports as required.• Configure Cisco Routers for new clients.• Act as Tier 0 and Tier 1 support for Networking and IPT issues.• Monitor client devices and interface link status, troubleshoot any issues, and follow escalation procedure

• Perform driver management and planning functions for extended coverage shifts• Monitor assigned loads, document and make appropriate notifications of issues• Work with other Terminal ECT members in drivers' and customers' special needs/requests as relates to load planning• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, operations, drivers and all levels of management;• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations
