Dictated policy and procedures for company involvement in parent owned warehouses and automated order tracking and receipt notification from warehouses direct to customer service• Sourced and managed all transportation requirements through routing guides in partnership with parent company and their requirements

With a team of 19 direct reports, managed the national inbound and out bound logistics ($2 million domestic transport budget), customs clearance, compliance and warehousing functions for this multi-national consumer electronics company which included a company owned facility and 4 third party warehouses. Also managed the forklift fleet,including purchasing decisions and maintenance.• Created a container tracking report to direct daily flow of 2,000 40’ containers reducing inbound costs by 19%.• Sourced and implemented Transportation Software (Scancode).• Implemented improvement and change management plans. • Project managed third party warehouse sourcing.
