• Oversaw a team of 9 company and 16 contract operators who were responsible for half of 270 MMcfd gas, 1400 wells adding 130 wells per year as well as the first delivery, pad well teams. Managed 3 contract trucking.
• Successfully implemented plunger lift program adding 80 plungers to existing wells increasing production by 5 MMcfd.
• Lead internal casing corrosion study that recommended new well cement casing to surface, Cathodic protection improvements, and internal continuous chemical corrosion treatment.
• Formed a team to managed workflows that included SCM, planning and scheduling, and maintenance teams that improved down time and other efficiencies.
