Designed and maintained the networks at Paricom entirely including the servers, switches, multiple routers to client locations, direct Ethernet connections to clients, dry-pair DSL links, firewalls, routes, Internet traffic rules and policies, dialin RADIUS authentication server, and an Ascend MAX TNT channelized T1 dialin server. Configured and installed multiple Cisco routers at many client locations including as far away as Atlanta, GA. Very knowledgeable in routing and subnet configuration. Built redundant core router costs by using a Linux based router running the Mikrotik operating system with multiple Ethernet interfaces for handling BGP and firewall functions. Remotely managed dozens of firewalls, mail servers and proxy servers in two states with clients ranging from banks and insurance processing companies to school systems. Designed and implemented multiple wireless LAN networks to bridge separated networks together thus saving the additional costs of dedicated circuits.

Senior Space Systems Equipment Maintenance Specialist. Worked on satellite systems for the Air Force including early missile warning detection systems, weather (DMSP, NOAA, GOES), and mobile weather systems with antenna systems up to 120' diameter (stationary and auto-tracking).
