In 2007 I co-founded Guestfolio, an early CRM SaaS application for the boutique hotel market. As the CEO I directed the companies product vision, marketing strategy and sales execution. In late 2016 I successfully managed an M&A process that led to an acquisition of Guestfolio by Cendyn and their investors Accel-KKR.As the SVP Product Marketing at Cendyn I directed the products' vision and position globally. Through on-going collaboration with customers, engineering, sales and marketing teams, I directed the product talking points and USP that influence the worldwide marketing. I Assisted in product design, development, launch and growth of the various software solutions.I also directed and managed the business development of commercial opportunities with our technology partners including reseller relationships with hospitality PMS companies.
