Working with clients in applying the NAMSA MRO approach (end to end CRO services) to medical device companies in order to accelerate time to market. NAMSA does this by vertically integrating phase overlap and services to streamline product development, allowing sponsors to realize significant time and cost efficiencies. My primary function in this role is to grow the revenue from these programs and number of individual programs.

Requires a high level of technical expertise in analytical chemistry, biological safety, biocompatibility, regulatory strategy, and overall life cycle of medical device development. Provides technical guidance and strategy to clients in regards to their "get to market" strategy. Lead instructor for a NAMSA training series "Chemical Characterization of Materials". Plays the primary role in preparing Research Proposals – advising, developing and costing proposals. Collaborates with Strategic Partnering Directors to communicate relevant Client information for those key accounts in their respective region. Works with Laboratory Specialist, Account Managers and the Area Sales Director to achieve regional sales targets. Attends technical conferences, governmental or standards meetings, and trade shows to promote NAMSA Services and Products. Provides technical direction to Associates within the NAMSA organization. Presents scientific data and information in front of clients or at conferences.

- Anatrace is a developer and supplier of unique, high-purity detergents and synthetic lipids for use in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. - Responsible for the synthesis, purification, and analytical testing of various types of detergents at a large scale. Completion of extensive batch records and tracking logs were necessary to meet certain safety requirements. Completed multiple purity tests including conductivity, pH, solubility, fluorescence, absorbance, and high performance liquid chromatography to insure the highest purity possible. - Actively participates on the "Road Map Team", which is responsible for developing new products and other various projects to improve and grow the company.

- Assisted professors in grading homework and exams. Responsible for teaching new students various synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and immunology techniques.

- NAMSA is a medical research organization providing expert regulatory, laboratory, clinical, and compliance services to medical devices and healthcare product manufactures.- Preformed grossing of various animal organs while following strict protocols that met the demands of GLP, GMP, and FDA regulations. Involved in rewriting and editing of multiple standard operating procedures (SOP). Part of the recognition committee that was in charge of developing ways to recognize various employees for outstanding work.

Research on "Treatment of Estrogen-Receptor Negative Breast Cancers through Muc4-Targeted ALK5-inhibitor Glycoconjugates for Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer". Performed and trained on many graduate level lab techniques.
