- Scrummaster for Sentinel Peak, an E2E sensor-to-cloud platform based on IoTivity. Wrote C++ Linux module to daemonize and watchdog a decoupled series of microservices which communicate with the cloud via Google protobuf messages over a ZMQ message queue.- Working as a volunteer, assembled and led a tiger team which created the initial algorithm for RFID distance-to-tag measurement, and laid the groundwork for the Java software client.- Lab Manager/PAE, IOTG/Industrial (DOT). Acted as scrummaster and helped develop an E2E software solution for gateway management on Wind River. Assisted in evaluation of potential aquisitions. Responsible for hardware management and demo setups, lab materials procurement and security incident handling.- Software Engineer/UX Designer for Sable Falls (Intel Technology Access). Carefully planned and presented UX strategies to drive architecture teams to develop the highest quality software products. Wrote both web and Android components allowing browser control of phone features such as contacts, camera, GPS, etc. without root access. Intel Technology Access enabled RealSense in many products including the Food Network online cooking app.- UX Lead for Intel Media Copy. Championed a new software development methodology, User Experience Driven Development (UXDD). This approach uses an iterative visual wireframe which allows for active feedback from design, development and validation teams. Embracing UXDD facilitated a 21-week pull-in, and enabled the team to make Intel Media Copy a massive “design win.” - Working in cross-team capacity, conceptualized and created the “Shelley” robotics demo to highlight the Bradshaw City platform. Shelley won the gold award at the at Chinese International Industrial Fair in Shanghai, and the Chinese government requested that she be retired to the Shanghai museum after her demo cycle was complete. This led to a huge win for the Industrial Automation team and for Intel in general.
