I received a lateral promotion to this role from my previous Student Activities Coordinator role. The primary task of this role is to develop and implement student service and community-based programming in the Colorado State University campus and surrounding community.The purpose is to enable students in our population in community activities and to enhance skills learned in the classroom by applying them to different service projects.

Provided Verizon Wireless customers assistance with their accounts, payments, provided education on using phones and features, and troubleshot any phone issues. Then moved into the Quality Assurance department where agent calls were monitored for correct adherence to call processes and procedures providing feedback to agent coaches. Later, was reallocated to Operations Checkpoint as an OCP mentor. There, newly hired agents who have received their classroom training are moved into OCP in order to get hands-on training taking live phone calls and can receive guidance from mentors like myself.

Contracted to work for First Marblehead, a private student loan provider, receiving students and their parents information to ensure any and all documentation needed for students' loans were accurately taken and input into their personal files. Due to my performance I was later given the privilege to maintain the floor during peak times to assist in any trouble calls during periods of high call volume.

Starting at the company as an email close-out specialist, it was my task to close out work orders via email for DirecTV technicians working in the field. My responsibilities included assuring the work order was done correctly and if any additional equipment was used the work order was altered to accurately reflect the work done to ensure proper customer billing and technician payroll. Having succeeded at performing my duties above expectation I was promoted to floor supervisor where I was placed in charge of 12-18 close out specialists ensuring call were being handled properly and specialists were meeting all their performance metrics.
