Santa Clara, CA

• Worked with Creative Director and brand owners to design a high volume of communications to roll out new Citrix visual identity system. Projects included white papers, data sheets, brochures, posters, event booth.
• Ensured all brand elements were consistent with new visual identity, reviewing design and directing revisions for compliance while pushing concepts to be more compelling.
• Oversaw 120 projects per quarter, facilitating design team workflow and capacity to deliver on time and on budget; this resulted in avoiding expense of using outside resources by keeping work in-house.
• Hired and directed team of four designers to implement identity system, resulting in its successful development and execution.

• Designed wealtharchitects.com, a new site, that increased total website visits and clickthrough rate; increased client’s credibility with well-designed look and feel and high-quality user experience.

• Worked closely with Creative Director and copywriters on concepts for B2C print and online campaigns at fast-paced, 30-person marketing/advertising agency. Supervised designers and online developers. Oversaw prepress.
• Designed direct response—direct mail, email, online banners—that beat the “control” on rate of response.
• Completely redesigned user manual of service offerings for Charter Communications. New design helped convert new customers and retain existing base with easier-to-read layout and format; in spite of containing.
• Proposed and spearheaded company intranet; worked with developers to produce successful tool for posting events, company information such as procedures and forms, and new employee onboarding. Creation of intranet.
