• Wrote all coding for the IVR component of a project called WavPort, for voice activated interface to the local network exchange. These systems were connected to PBX and Central Office equipment, to handle interactive messaging.• Handled Call Center software such as predictive dialers, automated queuing, and voice recording.Programmer• Worked with EDS (Transportation System Group) to develop a communication system for OTR drivers, based off their VISA credit cards. Used to secure the truckers location (before GPS) and allow phone calls for truckers. This involved creating software for a softswitch (Excel), programming IVR products, and creating Interface software for the EDS (TSG) computer array.
