Management & Revenue StrategistL3 Management Solutions is a solutions based advisory and consulting firm, dedicated to assisting small to medium sized businesses in identifying and implementing impactful business processes in the areas of strategic management, predictive analysis, personnel development, corporate training, operations analysis, and social engagement. We assist organizational leaders better identify cost reduction measures, and increase overall profitability.

Support and advise senior executive management on planning and coordination of $68.5M annual budget, board of director’s appropriations reports, and policies implementation to enhance internal awareness, revenue production and statistical analysis to reduce risk. Create and manage business processes. Conduct monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
