University of Wisconsin - Madison Graduate 2017Former Wisconsin Badgers Running Back My professional strengths include, Engineering (CAD, CAM, PPAP), Sales, Quality management, and Process improvement (5s, Lean manufacturing, QAD, FMEA, PFMEA). I began my career in engineering working with Helgesen as an Engineer Intern working specifically with quality and operations. Here I aided in the PPAP process, and quality assurance, as well as process improvement. After spending 2 years with Helgesen, I took a position with Bleistahl North America (BLNA) as an Engineer and Sales intern focusing on Quality, Product Development, Customer Relations and Development, and Process Improvement projects. Both these positions fostered valuable learning opportunities as well as professional experiences that included traveling to Germany to work on a process improvement projects for BMW.Currently I am a Managing Partner with Rocket Machining & Design where I develop the vision and strategies to achieve that vision; set and communicate long term direction of the company and ensure that the short term goals, objectives and tasks are aligned and adjusted in anticipation and in response to outside forces and internal changes that impact achievement of the firm’s vision and strategies.
