In his career he has held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, Marquette Financial and US Bank. Duane began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.Duane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Business Economics from The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Heartland Financial, USA and Minnesota Bank & Trust. Duane is a former Director of FICO and the Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation.Based in the Twin Cities, in his free time you’ll find Duane on a golf course.
