As a member of the FTA’s Technical Education Services Team, I assist the flexographic industry with comprehensive on-line training based on FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications and Tolerances). Our goal is to help our member printer/converters train their entire production workflow (as well as their suppliers) to achieve consistent and repeatable print through the implementation of FIRST Operator Certification training and FIRST Company Certification compliance. FIRST Certification is an online, self-paced program with appropriate levels of training for anyone along the flexographic supply chain from the brand owner to prepress (graphics) to print production to industry suppliers.Certification includes 3 training tracks and 3 training levels: • FIRST Operator Certification Level I (basics)• FIRST Press Operator Certification Level II & III• FIRST Prepress Operator Certification Level II & III• FIRST Implementation Specialist Certification Level II & III (supervisors, support & supply)

Coordinated industry training workshops and major symposia for all flexography segments (from narrow web to corrugated) as well as color management seminars for all printing processes.

Directed a full service, in-house advertising agency for a multi-location specialty retailer with stores throughout the Southeast.
