From Porto, Portugal I would describe myself as a curious, highly motivated person, fascinated by a fast-changing, globalized world.At the age of 18, I moved to the UK to study at a world-leading University. While abroad I proactively engaged in many Finance and other business-related activities, managing busy schedules with a 20h weekly Part-Time work. All of this strongly contributed to my strong sense of prioritization, time management, tenacity and interpersonal skills.Highly interested in finance I started working at BNP Paribas, first with a year-long internship and later as a Corporate Credit Analyst for the UK/Irish markets.In November 2021 I completed the CFA Level 1, the overall pass rate for this exam was 27%.In 2022 I took on a new challenge moving to Dublin where I have been working as an Equity research analyst, covering the financials sector. Coverage includes companies with a market capitalization > Eur 10bn.In May 2022 I completed the CFA Level 2, the overall pass rate for this exam was 52%. I believe both my academic and professional background highlight my passion and commitment to achieving financial proficiency, by progressing towards completion of the CFA program and building an investment career.
