I worked for the IT Staffing division which formerly was a company inside Multipessoal Group. Upgrade was an IT/Telco's Staffing and HR Outsourcing Company. For some reason I don't know, they let go the Multipessoal Group different Brands and started communicating with only one name for all group's companies. Upgrade, Medical, M-Search, were some of the names that focused on different industries.I was responsible for the set-up of the entire recruitment process, methodologies and training of the first recruitment team. I also managed specific IT and TELCO accounts, and developed new business. I was the person who came up with the name Upgrade. Main profiles: software developers, testers and architects, system administrators, radio engineers, telecom technicians and operators, and project managers.

It's a very important bridge between the academic and professional world. As one of the founders of POWER, I was involved in genesis and first steps of the project, namely in the business plan development and implementation.
