With dozens of speakers and hundreds of attendees, this groundbreaking event encourages dialogue and inspires fresh perspectives within the criminal justice system.- Successfully grew the NGO from having no staff to a dedicated team of 14 full-time professionals. By recruiting and nurturing talent, we have established a passionate workforce committed to our organisation's vision.- Significantly expanded the organisation's budget from less than 5K per year to over 400K per year. Through effective fundraising, strategic partnerships, and grant applications, we secured vital financial resources to expand our programs and initiatives. I've also launched a social business called Reshape Ceramics, which has created additional revenue streams.- Expanded the number of individuals supported from 15 beneficiaries per year to more than 150 per year.
