I'm also coordinating our local 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 and in 2023 we released our internal website (receiving approximately 3000 monthly visits).💙 Public health goals can only be achieved with community engagement and the collaboration with Cascais municipality is definitely a plus. Therefore, I'm also a member of 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, in partnership with municipality, where I hope I can share my expertise in health communication and learn from community members.📊 I cannot see public health without local health planning and I'm glad to be able to develop and implement 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 in the following years. This includes the development of a innovative and interactive Health Profile, following best practices in data visualization.🎓 My mother is a teacher and I guess it influenced me to start teaching others. But I really enjoy working with schools and other health professionals to ensure that children have a safe and healthy environment to grow up. That's why I accepted to coordinate 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭 in Cascais.🦷 Dental care is also a key are for public health and in Portugal most responses are from private providers.
