I worked in a team of 12 people making B2B calls regarding Payroll and HR, booking meetings for the sales teams and qualify leads working to a target. I worked at ADP for just under 5 years and I met and over achieved my annual target every year receiving awards for my sales number. I worked closely with the sales team both internal and external to achieve the best positive results. My role also involved coaching new and existing team members and working closely with the Telemarketing Manager. In 2010 was chosen to start up a project to make all conformation correspondence electronic and since January 2011 my email system has been in place. This project challenged me in ways that I had not been challenged before helping my develop in leadership role and helping me to get an understanding of what I need to manage a project of its size.
