Site management• Define, manage and control web information-flow processes (text, photos, audio and video) for entire service (up to 100 journalists in different countries).• Provide “full picture” technique. Including editing articles to bring them in compliance with the web requirements (web editing, background information, quote pools, editing photos, graphics, photo galleries, related articles, cross linking, background information, embedded audio and video, banners).• Monitoring and analyze site statistic to ensure better promotion of the site.• Execute and control of alternative ways of site information flow (RSS, audio database control, audio, video, vote polls, mail lists, radio advertisement)• Perform selection and usage of the photo services for site (UNIAN, Ukrinform, PHL).Web-editing• Perform general web-site editing and monitoring.• Define priority, information consistency, and compliance of the information.• Control stylistic standard of the web-team and journalists.• Created and implemented hundreds of exclusive information projects, such as a photo galleries, special information pages, mini-sites.Team-management• Train and advice to the web-team.• Develop employee manuals and policies.• Manage web-transcription team (4 direct subordinates).• Interview potential candidates for web-team and transcription team.• Coordinates the efforts of freelance photographers.• Liaison with the Prague website builder team.Project-manage the following large-scale web-site projects:• Presidential election 2004• Parliamentary election 2006, 2007• RFE/RL and Nashe Radio “Sounds of Life” joint project• RFE/RL site migration to the new (2003, 2004)• Development of the technical plan, and participation in the project of creation of site mirror in UA-IX Ukraine internet segment.
