• Receiving warehouse claims, accessing goods and investigating claims.• Satisfactory claims need to claim against the carrier for delivering the material, which are Damage, Incorrect, Shortage and Overage.• Ensured accuracy and completeness in validating claims and make accurate assessments• Skilled in reviewing Claims, interpreting histories and statements• Ability to analyse records and documentation.• Reviewed and determined reimbursement to client.• Ensured flow of information to appropriate channels.• Monitored all opened claims & status to provide necessary information /solutions.• Coordinated information and documents to bring claims to closure.• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports in detail.

Job Profile Responsible for Complete Material Procurement for the Plant.Responsible for Warehouse & Stores. Duties and ResponsibilityProcurement Activities – Purchase of all direct items (BOM) & Indirect Material (Non – BOM). Purchase of Spares, Capital Material and other stock and non-stock products. Expanding vendor data base by developing alternate / new vendors. Periodically Revaluation of Existing Vendor, Vendors Audit & Vendor Ratings. Based of Requirement trailing enquiries, Vendor assessment, Techno-Commercial Evaluations & Negotiations with vendor and ensuring the timely availability of goods.  Manage smooth process of Procurement to Payment Cycle.Procurement Planning Activities -• Finalizing Procurement Planning & Schedules of raw material. • Raw Material Such as Aluminum Sheets & Aluminum Circles, SS Coils, Bakelite Handles, Aluminum Rivets, SS Handles, Paints (Powder, PTFE Paints), Corrugated & Printed Cartons, Perforated Disc & Other Packaging Material• Managing the continual flow of all required BOM Material and assures their uninterrupted operation and smooth functioning of Production.Ware House & Stores Responsibilities:• Proper Analysis & managing inventory to minimize investment and maximize utilization.• Overseeing storage & surplus inventory levels (i.e. analyzing of inventory levels), WIP in System & Physical Stock.• Ensuring smooth functioning of all warehouse & Stores operations activities.• Development of Stores, Ware House in a very structured way. (Such as maintaining 5S, Proper Space Allocation of Material).• Training, Development and supervising the work of other members of staff.

• Handling complete domestic procurement.• Procurement of Material for Capital Requirement, Machinery Spares, Various Electrical and Mechanical Spares, Machining Spares, Hardware & Consumables.• Procurement of Material for Project such as Mild steel sheet, plates, rods, structural items like channel, angle, beams & pipes.• Order placement to right vendor at right price after Techno commercial Negotiation on basis of Cost, Quality, Delivery Time and Payment Terms• Coordinating with different dept from Procurement to payment and follow for the same.• Maintaining Records as per ISO process

• Developing new vendors for various product,• Trailing enquires, taking quotations and preparation of comparison statement,• Order placement to right vendor at right price after negotiation based on price, payment terms, delivery time and quality.• Preparation of monthly budget.• Co-ordination with quality department to arrange test certificate of procured materials.• Co- ordination with A/c department for payment of vendors,• Maintain records as per ISO process.• Various items for procurement as follows:- Mild steel sheet, plates, rods, structural items like channel, angle, beams & pipes.Hardware and scaffolding fittings (Forged, casting & sheet metal).Consumables like co2 wires, electrodes, oils paints, etc.Machines spares, safety items, Machining items.
