Maintain healthy employee relations for smooth functioning of the plant to achieve organizational goalsEnsure and implement proper disciplinary procedure in the Plant for smooth running of the plant, towards achieving Productivity and Quality.Liaise with various Government Authorities such as: PF, ESIC, Factory Inspectorate (DISH), Government Labour Office, Local Self Bodies, Police Dept., etc.Ensure timely and fair performance appraisal for all employeesResponsible for HR budget preparation and monitoringEnsure recruitment within stipulated budget / sanction / timelinesPlan and implement employee welfare activities, canteen facility and transport systemDesign employee retention and succession / development plan / training plan for key resource at Plant.Ensure effective working of Time office, Wage & Salary administration, handle plant administration & deal with agencies like security, housekeeping, contracts & service providersEnsure Minimum Wages are paid timely by the contractors to their employees, PF, ESIC contribution is paid and the Contractor complies with the provisions of various Labour Laws under the Contract Labour Act.Ensure strict adherence to statutory laws as required under various Labour LawsDesign & conduct training program to meet individual & plant needs to achieve plant objectives
