My role as a Creative Director for this local ministry/non-profit Organization is mostly operating as a Culture Catalyst. Examining the culture, climate and creative expression of the entire organization. Overseeing Internal and external communication channels and leading a team of employees and volunteers in effectively and efficiently communicating our values. In a world that is evolving rapidly my role is to establish and activate teams who are equips to reach, retain and resonate with the world around them as we attempt to clearly articulate the Gospel of Jesus. It’s an impossible task but I work with an amazing team of believers who are committed to figuring it out and being spirit lead and culturally aware in all of our pursuits!
