Managing Valeo’s participation to international tradeshows in the automotive industry and in the field of technological innovations (Mondial de Paris, Shanghai Auto Show, IAA Frankfurt Motor Show, CES Las Vegas…)- Prepare the brief for each tradeshow- Define key messages and main products / innovations to promote for general public and customers- Work with an agency on the booth design / conception and the creation of public animations- Project management: suppliers sourcing, budget controlling, production follow up, internal coordination with marketing and communication networks, on site coordination- Create communication tools- Handle logistics for each eventOrganizing and coordinating other events for Valeo:- Customer events worldwide to showcase and promote Valeo’s products and technologies: creation of a technological showroom and/or ride & drive to test our demo vehicles on a track- Corporate events (Shareholder meeting, Investors events…)

Organizing and coordinating seminars for senior executives and international clients.Pivotal role with the various stakeholders to ensure the smooth preparation and delivery of each seminar's logistical and operational aspects.- Coordinate between all actors: internal/external providers, sales team, faculty and speakers- Prepare the seminar on different dimensions: logistics, email communications and website management, budget- Manage client relationship to meet their needs and expectations at best- Organize social events and teambuilding activities during the seminars- Communicate beforehand and interact on site with the participants to maximize the customers journey experience
