The first round of evaluation activities of the Schengen evaluation of the Republic of Croatia was implemented precisely in thefield of data protection, which was also a prerequisite for further evaluation activities;- Organizing and designing conference programs, round tables, active participation in scientific and professional conferences, round tables and similar as lecturers at home and abroad, conducting education;- The introduction of so-called Ambassador of Privacy - an activity whereby celebrities from the world of film, music and sports promote the constitutional right to privacy and represent an institution that protects this right;- Cooperation with Facebook and other foreign domains, in order to remove harmful and illegal content from the Internet in accordance with the right to be forgotten principle,- Cooperation and negotiation with Google, Youtube, and other foreign domains in order to remove illegal content on the internet which represented violation of human rights,- Active participation in working groups and subgroups in Brussels;- Active participation in the campaign against hate speech on the Internet, peer violence as everlasting plague and human rights threat,- representing the Republic of Croatia at the meeting of the Council of Europe's Committee for the Personal DataProtection (Ad Hoc Data Protection Committee - CAHDATA in Strasbourg;- Creating a "house policy" through management, control and creation of expert legal opinions and solutions

- Representing Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (CBRD) in the procedures including domestic legal affairs, providing legal opinions and advices including international legal affairs,-preparing legal opinions related to CBRD business activities;- preparing CBRD by-laws, participating in developing new bank products, preparing contracts in conjunction with issuing guarantees and loans, participating in developing legal framework as related to the export credit insurance activities;- Additional responsibilities included reviewing insurance policies, preparing multiple contracts (i.e. assignment contracts, transfer of title contracts, etc), processing legal claims and damage liquidation requests, providing legal opinions, managing debt collection procedures including legal actions enforced against foreign debtors, co-operation with domestic and foreign lawyers, making decisions about all factual and legal actions referring to the debt collection activities,- reviewing legal aspects of contracts with domestic and international content (e.g., proposing contract amendments,negotiating legal documents);- Strong experience in dealing with domestic and international legal affairs in conjunction with the bank businessactivities, knowledge of domestic and international legal rules, court practices and accompanied literature inconjunction with CBRD business activities;- Dealing with collaterals (proposing solutions – especially in the cases of undercollateralised loans aiming to find thebest way for clients, issuing legal opinions),- Negotiations and intervening in the shipbuilding contracts, proposing best solutions regarding the relations of theBuilder and the Client etc.
