- Market research, detailed analysis of potential clients- Negotiations with suppliers and clients, purchases and sales stipulated - Management of relations with the banks : presentation of financing requests, letters of credit, hedging, management of all payments (documentary collections acceptance, L/C, cash against documents, and all other general payments of services)- Management of turnover and receivables- Management of relations with insurance companies- Management of all VAT related issues - Working on the implementation of the new software for the company

- Planning, organizing and conducting of financial, operational and compliance audits- Working on the improvement of internal control in public sector, efficacy and efficiency, improvement of processes and risk control- Demonstrate critical thinking and performing of analytical procedures using available resources to determine potential problem areas to be reviewed during audt- Propose changes to the audit processes to audit management and implementing changes as requested by audit management.- Developing of the audit plans for applicable audit projects and review the objectives, risks / exposures, and scope with the audit management. Ensuring compliance with the established policies and procedures and federal and state regulations.- Analyze financial data within the established audit scope to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicable financial statements - Appraise the effectiveness of the public administration policies and procedures to ensure the financial data is accurately stated- Preparing of clear, concise ad objective reports of findings and recommendations for management’s consideration in deciding policy for present and future operations.- Review the Audit and Executive Summaries for relevance, completeness and effective communication
