Dubravko Merlić has been involved in media, especially television for over 20 years and is multi skilled media professional with proven creative, organisational and managerial capabilities.In June 2003 D. Merlić has established a company dedicated to creating innovative TV content ”Castor Multimedia”. Since then Castor Multimedia has become a company with an expertise in media consulting, TV format creating and production.Beside being a CEO of Castor Multimedia, where he is also the main author of formats, previously he worked as a reporter, producer and as an anchor of prestigious current affairs shows on Croatian Television. Beside that he also worked as the chief editor of the News and Current Affairs Programming at Croatian Television, and most recently as a member of a launching team of the regional cable 24 hours news channel N1 (CNN's SE Regional Partner) where he also performed as a News Director for N1 Croatia .He has received numerous professional awards in recognition of his work as a reporter, anchor, producer and editor in chief. In 2004 D. Merlić developed original interactive game talk show ”The Pyramid” which was awarded by Rose d'Or for the Best Show of 2007. "The Pyramid" has been broadcasted worldwide with over 1400 episodes.
