As the Head of Customer Success at OCSiAl Europe S.à r.l., I am responsible for ensuring the seamless alignment and implementation of both general customer requirements and customer-specific requirements within the organization. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree at Luxembourg School of Business, where I am learning the latest trends and practices in leadership, management, finance, and marketing. I am passionate about combining my technical expertise and business acumen to drive sales and growth in the nanotechnology sector, and contributing to the mission of making nanotechnology accessible and affordable for the world.
