-Prepare, coordinate, and manage the equipment tender process for the Whabouchi mine and Shawinigan hydromet plant.Achievements:•Meet the project schedule (17 contracts awarded in lessthan 10 months)•Stay under the project budget ($12,3M spent on a budget of $16,315M).Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA):-Answer procurement questions raised by potential investors during the sale or investor solicitation process (SISP) (+/-200 questions).-Prepare the defense with our legal advisors for the repudiated contracts disputed by creditors.-Identify for the board all our contractual obligations to be repudiated.-Analyze with the monitor the proof of claim (POC) submitted by the creditors (+/-100 POC).-Negotiate the fabrication suspension of key equipment destinated to the Shawinigan project.

-Lead the design and implementation of the procurement modules of the new ERP software (MSD 365).-Lead the database integration between our ERP and the PCM cost control software.

(November 2015 - until now)-Propose cost saving initiatives for the core interiors and the seats on the CRJ and Q400 platforms (C&D, B/E and so on)-Coordinate and support the cost saving initiatives with the contract executors impacted (calculate return on investment, put a schedule in place for the cut-in date and convince the business units decision makers to invest non-recurring amount for the projects identified). (July 2015 to November 2015)-Develop and execute savings strategies in order to reduce the Q400 avionic cost (Price harmonization between BCA platforms, buying systems at the source, re-engineering projects or by developing new supply sources)-Initiate from the beginning the contract process with new suppliers (Negotiate clauses)-Manage the contractual relationship with the primary (Thales) and secondary suppliers (Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Universal and L-3) on the Q400 platform. -Execute commercial clauses already negotiated in our contracts (Multi aircraft sales discounts, volume discounts and in-service royalties).

-In charge of the product change management process for the interior of the CRJ (Canadian regional jet).-Negotiate recurring and supplier non-recurring prices, incoterms and lead time of the new implemented parts arising of a program change or P&O request (Operator custom request).-Manage with the engineering team the supplier notification of change and the product obsolescence (support the engineering group in the certification of the replacement part)-Participate actively in the saving initiatives workshop with the procurement department-Analyse the interior suppliers performance and do a monthly review with the top offenders (on time delivery, NCR'S, pending commercial issues).-Support my logistic agent with delivery and commercial issues
