Support Development Engineer and Manufacture Engineer to manage and launching new product of Orthopedic medical devices to BRIC countries.Manage Design FMEA activities, Support Process FMEA through out project life-cycle. Work with multiple project schedules and manage completing priorities.Support Manufacture Engineer to validate manufacture process to reduce sampling plan to reduce cost of inspection. Support design transfer activities focused in development of gage design, inspection processes, Perform Measurement System Analysis, capability studies and process validation. Facilitate Design Review activities of new products and work closely with product design teams to ensure quality considerations during all stages of product development.Manage multiple oversea suppliers in compliance with SN Design Transfer requirement. Analyze each supplier manufacture capability through their process capability study, their process validation and their Quality performance.
