- Directly manage all activities related to the project from the initial phase until completion- Responsible for budgeting and scheduling of the projects- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and relevant departments to ensure that projects are executed on schedule, within quality standards, and budget- Develop a handover plan and be responsible for notifying relevant departments for acceptance and handover to the operating unit- Work with and maintain relationships with state agencies for legal procedures

- Plan, check, monitor, and coordinate the design, supervision, and construction management activities for all constractors- Manage design consultants and coordinate with relevant authorities for project approvals- Participate in the evaluation and selection of contractors and oversee compliance with contract terms

- Oversee construction work at the project site- Manage project quality, volume, progress, labor safety, and environmental sanitation- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the project is handed over to the operations department with the highest quality and full legal compliance

- Organize, implement, and control the quality and progress of construction according to the established plan- Responsible for acceptance and payment with the construction team, subcontractors, and investors
