- Develop and propose plans for periodic inspection/thematic inspection/control of operational efficiency of Group's members- Organize and implement periodic and thematic inspection plans- Monitor the implementation of inspection recommendations/action plans of Group's members- Appraisal of financial and accounting processes/regulations before issuance of Group's members- Appraise and evaluate key plans such as: Capital mobilization plan, large investment/liquidation of assets...- Evaluate budget plans and business plans of Group's members- Evaluate compliance with principles of payment approval rights and other financial management principles of the Group

Manage the preparation of large-scale and complex consolidated financial statements (over 30+ subsidiaries)Organize financial planning (cash flow), forecast annual and quarterly revenue and profit and other financial plansUnderstanding financial structures in M&A transactionsManage budgeting, optimal planning and expenditure approval authorityParticipate in capital mobilization, working with investors and state management agencies

Budgeting • Appraise budget by department and business segment (Vinhomes management service, sale and marketing) • Inspecting, controlling costs, budgets, cash flow plans, implementing financial regulations of the Group. • Organize the implementation and control the implementation of cost optimization projects. • Set up information system (SAP, BPC) to control the budgets. • Analysis of the company's management reports • Prepare financial information to work with InvestorsBusiness finance • Appraise selling prices/sales policies of real estate products • Corporate with banks to arrange products (credit rooms, interest…) • Prepare model and business plan of the company (1- 3 years)

- Prepare consolidated financial statements of Vingroup (A corporation having more than 100 subsidiaries at this time)- Review and organize the accounting system of subsidiaries (Both domestic and foreign companies)- Prepare information for meetings of investors and other stakeholders- Participate in fundraising deals
