Strategic Project Management Executive (Pmo)
Main responsibilities:- Participate in Microsoft's Education Digital Transformation project for Van Lang University+ Take part in the creation of training programs for all of the Van Lang Group's employees and educators (Videos, Documents,...)+ Take part in the Team of making DOA (Delegation of Authority) - An automated approval program built on Microsoft's Power Automate platform.- Leader of Internal Communication Project of Van Lang Education Group+ Research and create documents for running Internal Communication on Microsoft Platform (Yammer and Sharepoint).+ Create internal communication channels for the staff and faculty of corporate subsidiaries.+ Take the role of controlling and operating the internal communication channel.+ Become a member of Van Lang University's Internal Communication Channel Content Board. - Take part in Lecturer Evaluation Project:+ Research on faculty evaluation standards across universities around the world.+ Provide methods for evaluating and rating teachers.- Join the Tuition Fee Research Team of Van Lang University:+ Research on tuition fees of other universities+ Compile and compare tuition costs for training programs ranging from bachelor to master's and doctorate degrees.- Participate in External Relationship Management Project of Van Lang University (VLU)Recognition and Gains:- Understand how internal communication channels work.- Acquire basic skills in creating business automation processes.- Gain skills in project formulation, resource allocation, and project execution.
