• Run Pre-certification regression testing and script based automated testing on credit card payment applications such as Discover DPAS, Visa, Interac, and Mastercard• Worked with Discover and FIME to help debug firmware, FIME test tool and Discover’s card application for deployment of their EMV based contactless card • Run regression testing and script based automated testing.• Write test cases, logging and keeping track with bugs with JIRA, a bug tracking system.• Work with SW engineers and other QA engineers in different geographical locations and time zones to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Work closely with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues. • Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, and documentation review.• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities base on changing requirements.• Interact with senior internal and external personnel. Interacts with and influences other groups on same product and cross product groups to maximize goals.

• Execute testing regression.• Set up testing automation and use of temperature chamber.• Create, edited, and review test cases• Identify, prioritized, and submit bug reports and verify fixes using bug tracking system (JIRA).• Assume ownership of new features by working with engineers to ensure that the feature is develop according to the specification.• Work closely with QA manager to monitor and ensure completion of testing activities.• Evaluate and recommend process change that increased the efficiency of testing procedures.• Work with product management and engineering to spec out guidelines for improving overall UI quality and consistency.
