- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing their portfolios by delivering appropriate banking services to enhance relationships between clients and the bank.- Monitor daily transactions of the client such as loan disbursement, prepayments, and telegraphic transactions including overseas or domestic.- Communicate with clients to explore business opportunities, and review client’s performance.- Manually convert financial statements to the internal system for extracting financial ratios and credit ratings.- Collect client information and needed documents for onboarding, KYC, and CDD process.- Support RMs in preparing credit applications and credit documents.- Support business development tasks to achieve team's target i.e. asset/ liability/ FX pushing, preliminary screen potential clients.- Liaise with internal stakeholders across the bank to ensure all circumstances comply with bank’s policy and local regulations.- Organize customer relationship-enhancing events to explore new clients and increase bank's reputation as well.- Assist team in delivering operational tasks including preparing pitching materials, research, MI reports, etc.
