Contract with O’Connor Construction Management, Inc. Irvine, CaliforniaWorking with Clark Construction Company to build a $98MM Engineering Interdisciplinary Science complex for San Diego State University, California. The project was completed on time per the schedule and within targeted budget. Duties include: Monitor and manage execution of work to meet quality standards, owner expectations and schedule adherence. Prepares the estimates for assigned project. Organize project RFIs and Submittals, and reports. Organizes and participate in pre-construction planning meetings. Organize and conduct OAC (Owner/Architecture/Contractor) weekly planning and scheduling meeting. Participates in obtaining permits and resolving other regulatory requirements as necessary. Monitor and track project schedule and develops milestones necessary to successfully complete the project in concert with the Project Construction Superintendents. Maintains owner relations. Plans the successful execution of the construction contract. Negotiates owner and GC change orders and manages the resulting cost and budget impact. Controls the payment of job costs based on document review and approval and coordinates with the job cost accountant for payments and lien releases. Prepare monthly project status report.

Completed engineering, procurement, contractors selection, and construction the Pall Filter Unit for MSCC Flue Gas Particle Reduction on time and under budget. Completed EPC a Caustic Fuel Gas Scrubber unit with larger Sour Water Treating capacity on time and under budget. The scrubber unit treats sour fuel gas from reformer/crude/Desulfurization/MSCC to meet environmental compliance. Completed the Spring 2016 MSCC/Alky Turnaround, a 30MM project. Working on EPC for a 80MM MSCC Gasoline Post Hydrotreating Unit to meet Tier 3 compliance
