I am a senior scrum master at Esri, the global leader in geographic information system (GIS) software and services. I hold multiple certifications in agile methodologies, including PMI-ACP, A-CSM, and KPM-1, and I have a master's degree in management information systems. I facilitate the organization's transition from waterfall to scrum by promoting servant leadership, continuous improvement, accountability, and visibility. I support the teams and put them in a position to succeed by ensuring a constant flow of manageable work and effective communication. I also collaborate with executive management in constructing Esri's official scrum operating guide. Previously, I co-founded and led the tech team at beautycode.vn, a social e-commerce platform for beauty products in Vietnam. There, I applied agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions. My mission is to empower teams and organizations to achieve their goals and deliver value through agile transformation.
