After a period of working as a technician, I further pursued a position as a warranty administrator at Porsche Hanoi. In this role, I learned how to handle vehicle data discrepancies to process warranty claims efficiently. Drawing on my previous experience as a technician and my adherence to Porsche's strict protocols, I managed data effectively, ensuring compliance with warranty procedures.My current objective is to continue expanding my knowledge in the automotive field, enhance my current role, and aim to help customers understand the true value that luxury vehicles bring.

This passion led me to choose a career as a technician at Porsche Vietnam upon graduation, aiming to acquire knowledge and expertise in servicing luxury vehicles.Having worked as a technician, I have gained a thorough understanding of the maintenance and repair processes for automobiles, adhering to Porsche's high standards. Working directly with cars and receiving comprehensive training has deepened my knowledge of vehicles significantly. At this juncture, my goal is to continue learning and honing my skills in vehicle repair following professional procedures.
