My name is Duccio Palchetti, I am 31 years old and I currently work as a barman. In my career, I have almost always worked in close contact with customers. For these and other reasons, in fact, I have chosen works whose strong point was the direct relationship with people, believing in that, my main passion.The greatest experiences I have gained in the catering and in the hotel sector, both in Italy and abroad, more precisely in England where, in addition to learning the language and obtaining the C1 level, I worked and lived for a year. In the last six years, I have been able to further enrich my professional experience as I have carried out various duties as waiter, Chef de Rang, bartender and counter, both in hotel complexes, in restaurants and nightclubs. I have also personally managed private events such as weddings, birthday parties, dinners and corporate parties. Just this year I took a specialization on American Bartending techniques in Florence, at the professional school of Marco Corgnati "The Bartending", successfully passing the final exam.Nel mio trascorso lavorativo, ho quasi sempre lavorato a stretto contatto con il pubblico, la mia vera passione, principalmente nei settori della ristorazione e alberghiero, in Italia e all'estero, più precisamente in Inghilterra dove, oltre ad imparare la lingua ed ottenere il livello C1, ho lavorato e vissuto un anno. Negli ultimi tempi, ho accumulato ulteriore esperienza sia in complessi alberghieri che in locali, dove ho svolto diverse mansioni quali cameriere, Chef de Rang, barman e banconiere gestendo anche eventi privati come matrimoni, feste di compleanno, cene e feste aziendali.
