All Retail & GTM business tasks in Vietnam:* Retail Marketing Manager: all BTL activities relating to channels, retailers and end-users.* GTM Lead: Develop, manage and execute the GTM launch plan for NPI, new product enhancements and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.

* Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of assigned sales goals and profitability.* Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of dealer network and retail business development plan.* Responsible for promotions plan with all key retailers on channel* Responsible for follow-up and development of TOP50 - TOP100 shops.* Responsible for marketing plan and budget.* Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.* Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.* Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.* Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

* Formula attack strategy for many key accounts and handle conflicts with Platinum and Gold BPs.* Work closely with BPs to come up with forecast by week, by month and by quarter.* Work closely with Retail Manager to check SO actual numbers on each BP’s storefront.
